update well 7 weeks on the refurbish and everything is working awesome . i cant beleive how much better the prius runs on the traction battery...

yes hers had all the lights come on the dash. The sympton you are explaing is exactly what hers did before the lights went crazy.

That did it some how i did the chicken dance and the sks portion worked but not the chip . i followed the above steps worked like a champ
I bought a new key fob for my daughters 2006 prius and programmed udeing chicken dance it works correctly except when you plug it into the dash...
I would start with the 12 volt battery they are very small and will easily fail unless you know for 100% sure its good. your voltages look good on...
ok i figured it out . my 12 volt battery was low when i finished up the project and it turned on the warning lights i jumped it and drove it but...
ok i balanced all the cells to 8.2 with the supermate and it worked well . I hooked it all up and fired it up runs great battery is working great...
ok i managed to get all the individual cells charged and i beleive its time to balance out the voltage between the individual cells before...
im doing a rebuild in another thread i noticed some small wires connected a few of the cells on the bottom side by a plastic clip what are these...
