Maybe it was something we said, but our otherwise bulletproof 2005 just stopped talking. We had an unfamiliar mechanic pushing buttons to reset our oil change notice recently, but other than that we are clueless. We have checked the usual "voice on" commands but seem to be lost on this one.
I have unclipped the two white positive leads from the battery. Maybe left them off for 2 minutes, long enough for the radio stations to be reset, the back-up alarm back on. etc. but no voice. Will unhooking the ground have any different effect? also, i noticed the saved places weren't lost?
