Has anyone figured out a way to pair the 2007 Prius and iPhone XR Bluetooth? The phone doesn’t seem to recognize the car’s device, so I’m unable to type in the code that the Prius gives me. Suggestions, hacks? Or am I screwed? Worked fine with my iPhone 6. Not ready for a new car . Thanks.
Had this issue with my Samsung note 9 yesterday. In the Bluetooth settings of the car I set the pass key to 0000 and the name to "HANDS FREE". Then turned off the car and waited 5 minutes while I rebooted my phone. After that my phone recognized the car instantly. Hopes this help you. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
