I purchased a Scanguage II last month throught the "Pruischat group purchase" and just installed it. It turns off 'automagically' on its' own. I can always get it to turn on; it's never failed to turn on and display data, but it turns off at what seems completely random intervals. The longest it's been on uninterrupted, is maybe 10 minutes. Is it supposed to behave this way? Thank you
It's designed to go off when the engine is off. Not a problem in most cars, but it is in a hybrid. In the SG fuel type setup, you need to select "Hybrid." That should correct the problem if you haven't done this already. If you already selected that, then there is a problem.

Duh. Yup, that was it. I missed the "Hybrid" instructions in the manual, obviously. Thanks very much for the quick responses.
