I have a 2005 Prius, factory nav, and the 8.1 North America DVD. Several questions: 1) Where do I install the DVD? I tried in the CD player, doh! My dealer is no help. 2) Will the new DVD update the user interface as well as the maps? If not, is there any way to update the user interface? (I am told that the later models had much friendlier and more effective user interfaces.) 3) I have seen several references to screen-enabled hacks that allow the user to enter data while moving, but the links to the the detailed instructions don't seem to work. Can someone either give me the instructions or inform me why I'm having trouble with the links? Thanks.

Thanks. Dont know how to submit a formal thanks either, but one step at a time. I checked out this site when I first bought the car. It's gotten a whole lot less user friendly since then. Or else I've gotten a whole lot more stupid. Could go either way.
