no I did not make them, I got Phillips kit bulbs and ddm ballasts, ddmtuning sells the whole Chinese kit cheap, luckily there ballast doesn't...
I went through the same thing, I changed the ballasts and now I'm fine, I bought the slim ballest from ddmtuning
they come with the needed H11's
2010 prius uses the H11 bulb
no bulbs just the blue tint that would match the headlight lense and emblem
