What I have found to work, with the dealer, is I bring along a copy of the related TSB and have them staple it to the work order. Works like a charm.
Can anyone post a link to the Oil Overfill TSB. I had it once but now I cannot find it.
I really do like my Prius and I am sure it will be very reliable. However, it does have a few quirks that are different from most ICE vehicles....
