actually, when it warms up more you'll see your MPG increase a bit because the starting engine temp will be warmer.

I have the V wheels on my II and have had zero issues....VERY slight MPG hit but nothing else.

I just started removing the bumper from one side until I had enough room to get in below the headlight.....then I buttoned that side and moved on...
I didnt remove the bumper, just loosened each side enough to clean under the headlight and install the LED strip.
