The NAV is eye candy on the dash and it also allows for the USB port upgrade that just came out as well as BT audo stream, but to me it was not...

Maggie, the tool I mention is one that Toyota made to pull the filter cartridge without damaging the case. I don't know if the Gen II uses that...
