You can do it with a phone app.... if you have the bluetooth device... under $20... seems a lot easier than disconnecting the battery everytime...
He needs a better way to clear the code than removing the +12v
Traction Battery is the BIG Battery Pack in the back. I wouldn't drive 200 miles at 30mph. That's a long way with hybrid problems. Take it out...
Glad I'm not in your shoes on this one. Guess you could drive it till it blows........ no matter what you better have 4 to 5 thousand set aside...
Probably the traction battery......... You could possibly drive the 200 with no problem.... I drove mine around for a week or 2 and kept resetting...

I have changed them twice...... but I had used ones........ somebody probably be along soon...
I did mine myself...... Around $300............ but everything else also crapped out..... traction battery, bake pump and accumulator, water pump,...
What did they charge you?
The only time my traction light came on was when the front tires spun on wet pavement. Was it the 2 squiggly yellow lines? Probably some more help...
