Sorry but it has to be done by a dealer. Try some other dealers or if mossy is the place you bought it from raise hell all the way up the ladder.
UPDATE Dealer called and new unit was in. Went in and had it installed at !.30 this afternoon. In and out with a car wash in 1 hr. Oh ya it worked...
