    Had an accident in my 2008 Touring this morning. Think this is totaled?

    Glad u are ok, man that sucks. The electric motor system is in that area so my guess it is a total.

    I saw a thing on tv that it was illegal for a dealer to sell a car that was in their fleet of sales and not perform those up dates.
