When a battery is flat dead nothing but a new battery can bring it back
Sound like your rods are bent
If your radiator is compromised it will overheat and shut off
Make sure the polarity is correct or it will be a thousand dollar battery
Clean out the throttle body and add an oil catch can
Any muffler shop can fabricate the missing piece
Probably wrong year
Probably a cracked reservoir
Try resetting by pushing start button on and off 3 times without pressing brake
It has to go through a cycle of roughness after a cleaning
Egr clean and cvt fluid change also required

Got a used one for 100 shipped
Unplug the maf and see if it will blow again
Low battery will throw all kinds of codes
Should be fine until the battery code pops up
I would drive til it won't then swap with lower mileage motor
Because a low battery will cause computer issues etc
Check the 12v battery
