I have Cusco as well except the Cusco lower arm bar. I don’t think it interferes with any bars.
It’s the subframe brace. The lower two piece are what Prius comes with. The top one, solid piece is from certain Lexus/Toyota models ;)

So far the RB has been doing the trick. The throttle feels a bit more responsive. I’m calculating the MPG to see how if it makes any difference....

I believe it does need a little trimming because the solenoid touched the plastic cover on mine. The Red Bullet sits higher.
