My 2012 was doing this for about a month before the traction battery failed. I replaced the traction battery, disconnected the 12 volt battery...

The dealer said that 3 of the 10 battery blocks were "bad". So, I got a salvage battery from LKQ and replaced the entire "pack".
There is a 2 volt difference between block v03 and v10.
