I swapped out my stock horns for OEM Lexus Premium horns. The Lexus horns are much louder then stock. Stock is only one horn and the lexus is 2 horns.

What do you mean bracket? My C just had 2 holes for the license plate.
The C has 2 options: Steelies and Alloy wheels. Steelies are 15" and Alloys are 16". Alloys only come on the model 4, I believe.
