Sorry noob qs, is it safe to open the brake fluid reservoir in Prius, as I understand it's highly pressurised, would it be safe to still open it...

Found from Toyota tech support that there is some IMA extended warranty that is applicable, unlimited mileage, up until 15 years (have a case open...
I don't think the issue is physically with brakes themselves, as, if I am gentle and careful, the honk noises are not present, it's super present...
Shoot, my Prius just had J0V update, anyone else who had this hybrid update applied ?
My brake fluid is filled till brim, oh, so this issue started afterwards once you had the catastrophic failure I created a video snapshot of this...

Sure, I did read some where that, the brake system continuously works on maintaining the pressure if there is small internal nitrogen(?) leaks.
