I have the Blizzard White and its not a flat white, it is a Pearl (metallic) paint. It is a great color for the Prius. You do have to keep it...

The kit from HIDExtra.com are plug & play. Make sure you use the relay harness. I would go with the 6000K, the 8000k are useless.

I disagree with you, the MPG gauge is one of the most useful gauges. I use it all the time and try to keep it above the 50 mpg mark.
