By auto i mean just what you said, locking the pump handle in a notch on the handle. Try it at the slowest fill setting on the notches and i think...

Was there much temp diff between the day and night? Colder temps will effect mpg.
Do you fill it with the pump in auto and on the lowest setting? If not try that.
I use a elec leaf blower to dry mine.
It has a 12 yr half life and it glows all on it's own , needs no stimulous from outside light.
Before drilling any holes in the knob i'm gonna go to dealer and find out cost of a new one. LOL I think i'd drill them in from the side instead...
do not know about dealer install but i bet you can't find any lines on my install by a aftermarket installer.
Not to late but you might need to have any present rock chips fixed. If not fixed they can be seen under the film
My Venture Shield film was intalled on the full hood. no lines/cant see it.
LOL i looked at those links yesterday that's why i asked about tritium. I'm asking about the cavity size in shifter.
what is the actual cavity size? Is it a straight tube type or does it spreadout at the top?
Have you looked at rotors to see if there's any rust?
Would a tritium capsule fit/work?
