Toyota won't release a new car if there's a recall.
Toyota will address the problem. Most toyota's will never see the recall problems. Just be aware and drive safely for the time being. No lawsuits...

I left my car in the garage for over a week and had no problems with the battery. Maybe I was lucky.
BP because it's the best of all colors available (IMO) and it's the best color to deal with hot weather.
