Did you test the voltage of the brand new 12v battery? And do you have the "Ready" light on the dash? Any codes?

you have led and other stuff running on the 12v ? After market headlights? Might be some electrical feedback (not sure of true word)

strange, but maybe it is damaged. is the 12v car battery original? sometimes that will cause problems. any dash lights, or problems starting car?
