oh okay. thanks! this is what I was looking for. Looks like I have to dremel cut the metal tab and relocate the grounding wire to the top bolt....
got it from here. There IS a fitment issue with the inverter cover. A tab on the right will not go down due to a metal grounding plate in the way....
