I can't confirm for certain since I don't have them... :) But from my mental comparison in the way the Cusco and Tanabe STBs fit in the engine...
I feel as though this will most likely only be an issue for the Tanabe STB and not the Cusco. The Tanabe STB follows close to the edge of the fender.
