aluminum doesn't rust....the paint is bubbling because of either a chemical reaction with the paint and whatever primer is underneath that finally...
I actually find my prius with less gap if u can believe it.....but 82k saggy springs help my wheel gap issue :D

you can expect better handling and a better footprint. they also seem to fill out the wheel wells better.

+1..if you own the car outright, MUCH cheaper to replace a compressor and keep your 50MPG then buy another car and hope the new car gets HALF that...

stock HID has a blueish tint but its more white than anything. and yes if you have stock fogs, you have HIDs
