Toyota calls it the front bumper moulding - it is a subcomponent of the front bumper cover. I'm not sure if you can get it from Toyota, but...

There was no core charge for the replacement battery from the Toyota dealer, but they did say I could bring it back to them for recycling.
Is the 12V battery the original one? If you have a Scangauge, you can watch voltage during shutdown to see how far the coolant heat transfer pump...
