The Air fuel ratio sensor heater is by the EGR pipe and cooler. You will need an O2 sensor socket to remove the sensor though.

Most likely it's the spark plug tube gasket because if it was the head gasket, you would see coolant and over heating issues with low coolant.
You're going to have to remove the valve cover and replace the spark plug tube gaskets.
