Our freeways are speed limited at 110 kms/h(68mph). I drive at the limit all the time. My 2010 gen III feels rock solid and smooth at that speed. :)
With Gen III if the bulbs are 35 watt you need either a relay or a canbus adapter. Some ballasts are made canbus "aware" and don't need a relay....
The 2010 prius replaced a 1990 SV21 camry. I've alsmost halved the fuel economy and the prius is much easier to drive.
