Replacing just the rotor is easy. There is a tiny "o" ring holding it in place. Check the original one for cracking white plastic, or fan blades....

Did you keep the old parts? You can clean the cooler and clean it. And also clean the egr valve. And then use them next time.
Toyota says NOT to tow anything!
make sure that you've reconnected the pcv hose. It's easy to miss. It will suck in alot of air and the engine won't start.
