    Thanks. I will have the dealer clean the throttle bossy as they suggested. Hopefully this problem will not reoccurr. It was pretty terrifying...

    The error code read T3190. I had half tank of gas left at the time and I never ran out of gas.

    My 2008 Prius (~20,000 miles) had sudden loss of power when I was driving at 60 MPH on highway last night. :eek: The red ! with check engine light...
