That's what the 0w-20 is, multigrade. 2 different brands of 0w-20 oil will not differ in viscosity.

The viscosity is determined by the 0w-20 rating, not the brand. All brands with 0w-20 will have the same viscosity per SAE standards.
"Synthetic Blend" means synthetic.
