101 ft/lb is the repair manual spec, for the caliper mounting bracket bolts. The bolts going onto the caliper slide pins are much lower torque.
The misfire stayed on cylinder one? Yeah that would indicate problem is the cylinder.
Tried running another one of the bolts into the hole in question?
