And ......The company says its car will protect occupants and first-responders in a different way, insulating cables and surrounding components...
Because you won’t get another $15k of free fuel. If you return and lease another or buy a used CPO you get the free $15k fuel card again.

I don’t recall any issues with Mirai- So Does Tesla have a safety waiver? Between fires and auto-pilot issues you would think so.
How many put a deposit down on the original design and then Tesla says it needs to be smaller and less crazy looking. Bait and switch.

If you buy a CPO Mirai with 15k miles of free fuel, it’s a no brainer. Nothing will cost less.
If you like to swell your seals. Stick with normal.
