Yikes! I could only skip through the entire thing. Definitely a shade tree mechanic, whom I wouldn't let within 50 yards of my car. The bacon...

I have no problem with the wiper speed, however, I notice that occasionally the bottom half of the driver's side wiper "flutters" as it sweeps....
It would help us diagnose if you can get a recording of the noise...
There is a brake booster pump that typically makes this noise at startup, and at some other times. Completely normal...
