iQ is not supposed to sell Corolla numbers :-). It is small, premium, niche vehicle.
you need to test drive both :-). I do like Toyota's decision in Europe, because it made Yaris Hybrid a lot cheaper as we know by now... but...
Prius c is 4.7" longer and rides on 1.6" longer wheelbase and is based on Verso-s as I have told you before. It is not the same car as Yaris....
i think they will eventually have hybrid option in every car :-).
it is simply how they sell them, only attached to those models..

If you look at percentages, Toyota sold 10% Hybrids in Europe last year, actually more than in US, right? Or at least equal. Difference in numbers...
also higher taxes and higher prices of cars leading to Prius being expensive car... Yaris could be a game changer, it will probably increase...
as i explained in another thread, incentives sure help, but incentives for hybrids are only a little bit higher than for normal cars like Corolla...

it is not just hybrid cars that get the cuts, most of new cars do... very similar to cash for clunkers program. but i think price cut is smaller,...
in measured tests, Prius c handled A LOT better than G2 or G3.
i think 30k/month is maximum for complete factory...so ractis and other cars produced there (6 total), are probably not being produced right now...
it is PHEV since petrol engine can directly power the wheels. everything else is simply a lie from GM PR. Of course, there is no point in EREV...
cant you find a company near you that does leather interiors? They will wrap wheel for you in leather, and it shouldnt be that expensive at all.
iQ is most efficiently packaged car in the world... if you added 1m extra to the iQ (to match Prius c or Fit), you would have Camry sized cabin...
didnt someone just post how they liked iQ a lot more in Prius c thread, and will be buying iQ because you get small premium car vs larger cheap...
