I've done it myself, I don't usually have Auto Hi-beams on but I have occasionally accidentally caught the button with my knee and turned them on.
As 199.9 is the maximum the readout can display, it makes you wonder what the actual mpg is. :)
Not in the HUD, but you can get it to appear on the MFD screen by selecting the compass screen.
There was a kit of electronics from Japan for the Gen 3, maybe there's one for the gen 4 ?
