Click "Manage Images", which is on the breadcrumb navigation bar once you are inside one of your albums. I agree, it could be more intuitive....

Sounds like the page was cached (if you used the "Back" button). I don't believe we've ever allowed users to delete their own posts - only edit....

It's because that's what is in that page's source code as the title. I have no idea why, but that's how SAE formatted it.
