Correct. There are two adjuster screws per light. One for up/down and one for left/right.
It has both up and down and left and right. I think you need a t10 to turn it.
Both sides have one as per usual.
The Prius is, not so much the C. There are a few diesels that get better hwy mileage than the Prius.
US cars don't get the led or the auto adjuster.
