If you are interested in doing an HID set-up, just do the HID set-up. These aren't needed.
Then you shouldn't have an issue. Just go into the HU and turn off the DRLs.

Not true. H16 is the correct bulb, but H11 will work. The difference is that the H11 is 55w and the H16 is 35w.
Lug nuts should be around 70 pounds so as not to warp the rotors.
Take it to Toyota, they also say 10k miles or 1 year... if I remember correctly. You could have them do your oil change for you.
