last time i checked there was no 6-month filter requirement if you use their filters. some of their filters are good for 25000 and some for 15000...

IMHO, if you drive hwy or longer trips, then the 10,000mile/12 month is doable in canada. if you drive short trips in cold weather, then it's not.
