The revs are above 1000. The car idles lower than that. If the electric motor is having to spin the ICE at faster than idle, it would be...

I've never seen more than 150 mpgs with revs. Not sure what that correlates to in l/km.
When the engine is off my Torque app shows 255 mpgs.

Not true... it just means the engine is getting better than 100 mpgs. On my torque app, I can see the engine is still showing revs.
The Prius C doesn't have sound deadener... or at least nothing worth mentioning. That's one of the reasons the car is so cheap.
My other car is '66 Chevelle with a 283. Most people just look and drive off slowly... but every now and again.... :D

I've run my torque app on both ECO and non-ECO. Torque will generate a 0-60 time for you. I don't remember what times they were (they weren't...
I've race a Corvette and got smoked... but come on... it's fun. :) I've raced a few BMWs but luckily the people don't know how to shift around...
If it's the lowest Model S, all you need is 4.6 seconds... yeah, ok... that's a lot.
