I would buy a Leaf. I have driven the Leaf and the BMW I3 as well as the Mercedes Electric. They are okay, still like having an ICE.
Tesla is too bland. The model S is already looking old. Prius Gen 3 still looks modern and fresh. The 4 is way better looking then any Tesla.
