I switched at 50K miles on C and 60K miles on Gen III. Neither car is burning oil, so I am just being proactive.

You can call a mobil bumper repair guy, they will just fix the area that needs repair. Should not be to costly.
Change your oil at 5K miles, not the 10K miles change that Toyota later on revised. This was for marketing purpose only. Also use 0W-30 weight...

Ow-16 is a new oil that more then likely will replace 0w-20 in the USA in the next few years. This is all do to CAFE needs.

Well drove by my local Toyota dealer this evening, and there were large empty areas on their front lot, looks like they have pulled all GEN IV off...
