Ask for a CARFAX, it only has 7,600 miles on it, so it's not even due for its first oil change! You just need to look for any accidents on the CARFAX.
Emission system items are not the same as Hybrid System items........in 8 or so states, like California, Hybrid systems have a 10 year or 150K...
It does not matter if it is in the warranty book or not, its a state law, that gives all Hybrid owners, not just Toyota 10 year/ 150K mile...
Well I am glad to see that you fixed it the smart way. How does the engine run with that many miles, any oil use?
Not to be rude, but your back seat area does not look to be very clean, do carry pets in the back? Could the fan be clogged with pet hair?
