Expressway is just another word for freeway, tollway, parkway, etc. The ones near me have 3 lanes each way, as long as I stay in the right lane...

Correct. My 2012 Prius is not a plug-in. I get 62 mpg on the expressway driving 54 mph (+ or - the wind speed) (Minimum posted speed is 50 mph)....
