I would pick up the sway bar bushing and maybe the both stabilizer bar end links. When i did mine, the bushings and the end links were worn.

No clamps, just held on by just friction. Just make sure that the new one is connected the same.
BTW, you can replace the pump from up top alone but way easier if you remove the plastic shield in the passenger side wheel well.
