Thinking my 2007 has a high amp draw at 10.5 amps just hitting the button twice with foot off the brake no access on ,the hv relays getting 11...
Having similar problem only getting 11.2 volts and to traction battery relays, 12 volt battery is up , need to check relay for this in front power...
Unplugged the connection in the picture ,no change or noise from the pump, no power at either side of the plug that i unconnected, I do have 12.2...
Picture s a big help .
This car has probably been run until it quit . I didn't have it when the problem started .
Checked what think is the am fuse , 2nd one of four on the driver's side of fuse box it's good .
