+1 I love my Eibach springs too. The price for the TRD springs from the dealer installed at the port is much higher then just buying them...
The Eibach springs will only void your warranty if they cause the problem so I would say you should be fine in that respect. ;)
It would be easy to start with the RSB & FSB. If after that you wanted a mild drop without hurting the ride the Eibach springs are a good choice...
