If you take a base Touring 3 type and a base 4 type 2016 Prius, what is the difference between the two? I know the 3 Touring has 17" alloy wheels...

If people could itemize their purchase price of 2016 Prius. We do not all have the save sales tax rate and there are various rebates available.
This is off topic slightly but I talked to a local car dealer and was told only 20 Prius Prime models are in the wild in a 5 state area around me....
I would say it's worth a max $500. You don't want a salvage/rebuilt title car unless you are going to use it for demolition derby.
