It is solved. My PiP jumped up to 14.4 from 13.1 on Monday. This was mixed HV and EV, but I had a ton of regen coming down a large mountain.
You guys need to list regions. It is not the same deal everywhere. I have only seen the 4K in the Mid Atlantic region.
Depends on region. Central Atlantic is now $4000 on base and $5000 on Adv. CA is now $1000. Looks like North East, NJ the deal is gone.
