Boch Toyota is the place that I found to have the best deal. They have a Pip in there ad listed at 26,488 after the 3500. That is 29988 before...
I am talking about during rush hour. When the ave speed is ~60-70 , you get people trying to go much faster and don't seem to look ahead at all....
